Your rug is vacuum-packed for shipping, so don't worry if it arrives looking flatter than expected or has some visible creases. That's completely normal after its journey.
Unpack it, gently shake and fluff the fibres, then lay it flat and give it several days to recover its shape and fluffiness. Larger or more compressed rugs may take around a week to fully settle.
A little patience, a little fluffing... and it'll start looking much more like itself.
Easy Care
For everyday cleaning, use a low-powered handheld vacuum or gently wipe/spot-clean the rug as needed.
For a deeper clean, hand wash and air dry only. Once completely dry, gently fluff the fibres to help restore their soft appearance.
Do not machine wash.
