For best charging performance, install it in an area that receives good direct sunlight and minimise shade from walls, roofs, trees and other structures.

The solar panel is rated IP65, making it suitable for outdoor use and exposure to normal weather conditions.
The approximately 3-metre cable also gives you some freedom to position the solar panel where the sunlight is better, rather than having to place it directly beside the camera.
